Production capacity

We offer a wide range of manufacturing capabilities, including aluminum casting, precision casting, black casting, mechanical processing, surface powder spraying/anodizing, and vertical integrated production. Our state-of-the-art facility boasts a total of 296 manufacturing equipment, comprising of three low-pressure casting machines, two gravity casting machines, two high-pressure casting machines, and various heat treatment, sawing machines, shot blasting, and sandblasting equipment for aluminum casting. For black casting, we have one Xindong automatic casting line and two manual casting lines, as well as sand treatment sawing machines, shot blasting, and other equipment. In addition, we have 136 machining workshops that cover a wide range of machines, including horizontal machining centers, vertical machining centers, vertical CNC lathes, horizontal CNC lathes, CNC gear hobbing machines, ordinary gear hobbing machines, drawing machines, milling machines, ordinary lathes, and professional machine tools.

Experimental testing

We have a comprehensive range of over 50 detection and testing equipment, including commonly used measuring tools and a complete set of configurations. Our main detection and testing equipment includes coordinate measuring machines, gear measuring centers, universal length measuring instruments, height meters, spectral analyzers, projectors, metallographs, tensile machines, Brinell/Rockwell hardness testers, salt spray testing machines, ultrasonic flaw detectors, water pressure testing equipment, and more. Our inspection and testing equipment is fully equipped and capable of conducting independent casting, forging, machining, and surface treatment tests and inspections.
